Farm Hand Team Leader
DECEMBER to AUGUST: North West Coast (Tasmania)
About The Role:
Joining Left Field as a Farm Hand Team Leader, you’ll work hands on at one of our Partner Farms. In this role, you will lead and support your crew, ensuring their safety, efficiency, and well being while building a positive and motivated environment. Harvests may include cherries, potatoes, berries, cauliflower, and more, but you’ll remain at one farm for the season to provide consistent leadership. While you’ll provide leadership and support, you’ll also work alongside the crew as a Farm Hand, contributing directly to the day-to-day harvest tasks and leading by example. This position suits someone assertive, a great communicator (you’ll be required to verbally report), honest, transparent, and able to be direct while always remaining respectful. It’s ideal for someone with a strong sense of service to both their crew and our Partner Farms. All farms are located in the stunning North West Coast of Tasmania, and we are dedicated to sustainable and socially responsible farming.
