The Role:

Ready to have your strawberries and pick them too? Come be part of our exclusive Farm Work Loop and indulge in a strawberry season like no other—all while soaking up the natural beauty of Tasmania.

Location: Richmond, Hobart (Orielton - 30 minutes’ drive north-east of Hobart)
Type: Casual
Pay: $28.26 p/h + Super = $31.36 p/h (Paid Weekly)
Season: Now until July 2024
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (1 rest day scheduled each week so you can recharge or explore, your choice!)

Responsibilities:

Strawberry Harvesting: Show your picking mastery under the Tasmanian sun.
Quality Control: Ensure only the finest berries make the cut.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your Lefty Crew to ensure a productive harvest.

What Makes This Role Unique:

Extended Season: Get ready for an extraordinary 9-month strawberry season - rare in the industry!
Team Size: We're looking for an additional 25 adventurers to kick off the season each month.

Must-Haves:

Strawberry picking experience.
Physical stamina and mental fortitude - because the berries won't pick themselves.
An optimistic, energetic spirit that thrives in our vibrant Lefty culture.
MUST HAVE: Current driver’s license and reliable transport.
Availability to work 6 days a week throughout the season.
Sharp attention to detail.
